- George Utter Annual Memorial Birthday Tour at various sites near the Pawcatuck River in CT and RI - Tuesday, June 12, 2018
- Westerly Summer Pops Pre-Show at Wilcox Park
in Westerly, RI - Sunday, June 24, 2018 (the rain date).
Pre-Show started at 6 PM, we were on for a shortened stand around 6:15 PM.
It was a wild night with a major storm bearing down on Westerly from Connecticut. The Pops concert started early, at 7:30 PM, and the featured soloist was brought on quickly. The finale, the abridged 1812 Overture with cannons and fireworks, followed by the national anthem started at 8:10 PM and ended at 8:15 PM. Heavy rain started at 8:20 PM as the smaller-than-usual crowds rushed out of the park. - Guy Fawkes Bonfire Night at Misquamicut Beach in Westerly, RI - 7:00 PM, Saturday, October 13, 2018
- Professor Leibert presented a lecture on Morris dancing in the course "Why Do We Dance? The Origins of Dance in Ritual"
at Trinity College in Hartford, CT - Wednesday, November 7, 2018 - Halftime Performance at the The Mystic Contra Dance - Saturday, November 24, 2018.
